My decision to do the Everest Circuit Trek was very last minute and too impulsive. Some of my mates suggested Everest Base Camp Travel and I booked my circuit trek with them after searching their website. Honestly given how last minute my plans were I wasn’t expecting a very organized and well-planned trek. But, Binod and the team exceeded all of my expectations.  The Everest View Trek with Everest Base Camp Travel was a wonderful gastronomic discovery for someone who loves cuisine as much as adventure. Throughout the trip, the agency made arrangements for us to sample a variety of typical Nepalese meals, including melt-in-your-mouth momos and yak cheese delicacies, as well as hot bowls of thukpa and nourishing dal bhat. The Sherpa family that owns the teahouses utilizes only the freshest, locally sourced foods to provide a delectable surprise for every meal. I will be using the expertise I learned to create dal bhat when I return home!

The Everest Base Camp Travel offered more than just breathtaking scenery and heart-pounding experiences. They took me on a gourmet adventure across the Himalayas. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the gourmet feast at the Everest View Hotel, where every dish was a symphony of flavor and heritage. I became knowledgeable about the unusual components grown at these high elevations, such as the earthy barley flour used in tsampa and the tart rhododendron blooms. Each bite told a tale and demonstrated the Himalayan people's tenacity and inventiveness. The food served as much as simply nourishment; it served as a link between the people and the land.

Base Camp on Mount Everest Travel allows you a cultural encounter in addition to transporting you to Everest Base Camp. On the Jiri to EBC journey, interacting with the villagers was a remarkable experience. Our ability to communicate with the Himalayan inhabitants was facilitated by the guides' proficiency in their native tongues. It was a voyage of understanding and respect for one another.
