Sarmila Adhikari Sapkota is a travel expert from Lamjung Besisahar with a Master's degree in Management and over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry. As the Managing Director of Everest Base Camp Travel, she ensures top-notch travel experiences. Her expertise and dedication have made her a respected figure in the field, contributing significantly to the success of her business and benefiting travelers in her region.

Binod Sapkota moved to Kathmandu from the Dhading district in early 2000 after completing the tenth grade. He enrolled in a college's Proficiency Certificate Level program and entered the tourism industry. He holds a degree in management from Tribhuvan University (TU). Before creating his dream enterprise (Everest base camp travel), he worked as a porter. He is a certified trekking guide who became NTA's managing director in 2007. He has extensive knowledge of the tourism industry.  

Bijay Chaurasia, our dedicated professional photographer and Nepal specialist at Everest Base Camp Travel. With over a decade of experience, Bijay is renowned for his captivating photographs capturing Nepal's natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. Specializing in landscape, travel, and cultural photography, his work has been widely exhibited and published. Bijay's creative expertise extends beyond photography; he possesses versatile skills in Graphic Design, SEO, Marketing and other IT works. Since the beginning of our organization, he has been an integral part of Everest Base Camp Travel, contributing significantly to our success. His passion for adventure, coupled with his deep knowledge of Nepal, ensures that your travel memories are expertly captured and beautifully preserved.

Manju Mahato has made a significant contribution to Everest Base Camp Travel ever since her start. She began her professional career as a content writer and has since progressed to the respected positions of content team lead and marketing specialist. 

As the Content Team Lead, she adeptly molds the narrative into compelling and enlightening material that inspires readers' desire to explore new places. Simultaneously, her expertise in marketing has been crucial in broadening the scope of our brand and solidifying our position within the travel sector.

Bikash Bhandari, our talented film maker and experienced CS programmer. Bikash joined Everest Base Camp Travel in 2023 and has over three years of experience as app developer. His expertise in programming and creative skills in film making add a dynamic dimension to our team. We're excited to see the unique blend of talents he brings to our projects.

Shambhavi who is currently studying development studies with a heart full of wanderlust. She is a devoted content writer by profession, and likes to dance with words, creating symphonies that resonate with the essence of her passion. She joined Everest Base Camp Travels in 2023. We're excited to see all the creativity that she brings to the team.

Dhiraj Shah, our multi-talented Content Creator and Designer, hails from Inaruwa, the vibrant Headquarter city of Sunsari District in the Koshi Zone. Embarking on his professional journey at the young age of 20, he pursued his passion for content creation and design. Fueled by determination and enthusiasm, Dhiraj has carved a successful path for himself. As a remote freelancer, he seamlessly blends his roles as a content developer, travel photographer, graphic designer, and UI/UX designer.

Shiva Raj Adhikari is a senior trekking guide who embarked on his exploration of Nepal's natural wonders in 2011, eventually establishing himself as one of the finest trekking guides on specific routes in the country. While trekking wasn't his initial focus, fate led him down this path, and he's found fulfillment in his work. Specializing in prominent routes such as the Annapurna Region, Mount Everest Region, Langtang mountain trails, Gosaikunda, and others, Shiva Raj brings his expertise and passion to every adventure, ensuring travelers have a memorable and enriching experience in Nepal's breathtaking landscapes.

Rajan Rijal is a dedicated and experienced guide, bringing his expertise to Everest Base Camp Travel. Setting himself apart with his exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of numerous trekking and touring destinations across the country, Rajan stands out among his peers. Despite his humble beginnings in Dhading, he nurtured an extraordinary dream of exploring every corner of Nepal. His passion for trekking and extensive familiarity with diverse locations make him an invaluable asset, ensuring travelers have an unforgettable experience under his guidance.

Rishi Ram Adhikari stands as one of our esteemed natural trekking experts, boasting an A Grade license and a wealth of experience since he embarked on his trekking journey in 2010. With an impressive track record of over 100 trips in the Everest Region, Rishi's expertise is beyond doubt. His adventurous spirit and extensive knowledge of the Everest and Annapurna regions, along with his exploration of indigenous treks, make him a valuable asset to our team. Despite his remarkable achievements, Rishi's humble demeanor shines brightly, endearing him to trekkers and fellow enthusiasts alike.

Tribhuwan Adhikari, fondly known as TB, is a dynamic and skilled guide with boundless energy and professionalism. Having traversed numerous trekking routes within Nepal and even in Lhasa, Tibet, TB brings a decade of experience to the table, particularly excelling in the Everest and Annapurna Regions. His expertise shines brightly on these trails, thanks to his in-depth knowledge of trekking and creative problem-solving abilities. TB's dedication is evident in his daily commitment, characterized by a humble attitude and a strong work ethic. He approaches each trip and trek as a thrilling adventure and the beginning of a new journey, making him an invaluable asset to any expedition.

Krishnamani Sapkota, our dedicated trekking guide, embodies enthusiasm and boundless energy, having been an integral part of our company since its inception. With extensive experience, he has conquered numerous routes in both the Annapurna and Everest regions multiple times. Krishnamani is not just a guide; he is a true travel enthusiast, perfectly combining humility and charisma, making him a standout figure in the tourism industry. He thrives on connecting with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, absorbing their values and perspectives.
